Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact ImparableAthleticsAus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
